About Gisele Kriegne 

Gisele graduated in Physiotherapy in Brazil and has over 20 years of experience. She has been teaching Pilates for the past 5 years, since coming to Canada. She specializes in a safety-focused approach, adapting exercises to her clients’ health and body conditions. Her sessions can also be used to assist in rehabilitation.

Soothing Holistic Summer Facial $205 (Reg. $232)

We start with a gentle but active enzymatic cleanser to remove the residue of sweat and irritation from the sun and heat rash. A manual multi-step exfoliation follows to remove dead skin layers, smooth any uneven surfaces and detoxify the skin.

A relaxing yet fortifying massage helps to destress, increase circulation and tone facial muscles, increasing firmness. Our Cold Hammer application will reduce sensitivity, calm and push the revitalizing serum with hyuralonic acid, deeper into the tissues.

Our Mask is comprised of a comprehensive blend of powerhouse ingredients including Snow Algae, Seabuckthorn and Hyuralonic Acid. In particular, Snow Algae is a species of green algae known for its ability to help soothe, hydrate and strengthen the skin’s barrier. It’s an extremophile, meaning it can survive in very harsh conditions. It also helps to stimulate collagen production and slow the signs of aging.
