We accept VISA, MasterCard, Direct Debit, Amex and cash.
Healthwinds Spa also welcomes clients that have been referred by a physician.
Receipts are available for insurance purposes for massage therapy treatments, and hydrotherapy.
All cancellations/rescheduling require 24 hours notice or a non refundable 50% fee will be applied. We understand emergencies can happen and so we will offer a grace period to rebook up to 30 days, in which the fee charged can be applied.
A credit card is required to hold all appointments for first time clients or returning clients who have not visited Healthwinds in 2 + years. Those clients with a history of last minute cancellations will also be required to provide a credit card at the time of booking.
For groups of 3 or more 48 hours notice is required.
