Whether you prefer a “one on one” class or a small group mat session, Gisele provides a personalized approach to ensure your best long-term results.
Gisele starts with a Personalized Assessment, a thorough evaluation to help ascertain your unique needs and goals. She brings much experience from her years in the rehabilitation and movement fields. Before coming to Canada, Gisele worked as a physiotherapist in Brazil. She completed her Pilates training at Body Harmonics and has been teaching this therapy for the last four years.
Workouts are customized and each session focuses on your current needs.
