It follows the principles of body biomechanics employing gentle, safe movements. Attention is directed at increasing your ease and range of motion, improving your flexibility and coordination. This practice can change old patterns to allow freer movement in your daily life activities. It can help you rediscover your capacity to move efficiently and with grace.

About Our Teacher

Abigail Kelly is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais practitioner and a Certified Bones for Life teacher. She discovered the power of the Feldenkrais method 15 years ago when she successfully got relief from a chronic pain condition. Inspired, Abigail completed a 4-year professional training program. Abigail’s students benefit from her knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and movement patterns and her sensitivity to each individual’s needs. Her classes are accessible, safe and pain free. She believes that we can all revitalize our body and mind to live a fulfilling life at any age.
